Meet Our Founder

Peyton Orr is a rising Sophomore at Hampton University. She is a Journalism Major, who loves to dance and create content in her free time. Peyton has always loved helping others around her.  The Noir Project was established to educate our youth on the importance of higher education by providing the resources and tools to be successful.​
